October 27, 2011 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 046-11 ( Declared Overtaken by Events by D.O. 29-16) Please be advised that the undersigned will be on official travel to the United States of America (USA) from October 29 - November 14, 2011 as follows: San Francisco, California on October 29 - November 6, 2011 (personal travel) New York on November 7, 2011 to deliver a keynote address at the Philippine Development Foundation Forum Honolulu, Hawaii on November 9-14, 2011 to participate in the APEC Finance Ministers' Meeting and to join H.E.
