December 21, 2009 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 045-09 ( Declared Overtaken by Events by D.O. 29-16) SUBJECT : Extension of the Pilot Implementation of Department Order (DO) 23-2007 as Amended by DO 06-2008 on the Marking of Imported Kerosene and Diesel In the exigency of the service, the effectivity of Department Order No. 23-2008, n as amended by Department Order No. 06-2008, is further extended to January 31, 2010 pending the issuance of the rules and regulations to effectively implement the regularization thereof.
