November 9, 2007 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 045-07 GIVING ROBERTO B. TAN THE POWER TO ISSUE APPOINTMENTS FOR THE VACANT POSITIONS IN THE BTr In the interest and exigency of the service, ROBERTO B. TAN , Undersecretary of Finance and concurrent Officer-in-Charge (OIC) of the Bureau of the Treasury (BTr), is hereby given the power to issue appointments for the vacant positions in the BTr. AIDSTE This Order supplements Department Order Nos. 15-07 and 20-07, dated 29 May 2007 and 04 June 2007, respectively. All other Orders/Memoranda inconsistent herewith are hereby deemed revoked and/or modified accordingly. (SGD.) MARGARITO B. TEVES Secretary
