July 6, 2000 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 045-00 ( Declared Overtaken by Events by D.O. 29-16 ) In the interest of the service, Assistant Secretary Roberto B. Tan, is hereby authorized to sign the following: 1. All Subloan Agreements/Memorandum of Agreements/Financing Agreements entered into by and between the Department of Finance and the participating LGUs and/or Implementing Agencies relative to the implementation of various foreign-assisted projects under the Municipal Development Fund Office; and 2. All documents being signed by the Secretary of the Department of Finance pertaining to MDFO operations. This Order shall take effect immediately. (SGD.) JOSE TRINIDAD PARDO Secretary
