Reconstitution of the DOF Review and Compliance Committee (RCC) for Statement of Assets, Liabilities and Net Worth (SALN) of Officials and Employees of the Department of Finance

April 14, 2015 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 044-15 SUBJECT : Reconstitution of the DOF Review and Compliance Committee (RCC) for Statement of Assets, Liabilities and Net Worth (SALN) of Officials and Employees of the Department of Finance Pursuant to Republic Act No. 6713 otherwise known as the "Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards for Public Officials and Employees" and in accordance with Memorandum dated 20 February 2013 of Justice Secretary Leila de Lima strongly recommending that all offices belonging to the Executive Department establish their respective RCC and formulate their Review and Compliance Procedure subject to the approval of the Secretary of Justice, the DOF Review and Compliance Committee (RCC) is hereby reconstituted as follows: Chairman : Undersecretary Carlo A. Carag Revenue Operations and Legal Affairs Group Members : Assistant Secretary Ma. Teresa S. Habitan Office of the Secretary Director Ma. Lourdes V. Dedal Central Financial Management Office Director Jennifer J. Tan Central Administration Office The Personnel Services Division shall serve as Secretariat of the Committee. SDEHCc The Review and Compliance Committee (RCC) shall monitor, evaluate and determine whether SALN of DOF officials have been submitted on time, are complete and are in proper form. It shall also formulate this Department's Review and Compliance Procedure (RCP) which shall be subject to the approval of the Secretary of Justice in accordance with Section 10, subparagraph (c) in relation to subparagraph (a) of RA No. 6713.
