December 21, 2009 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 043-09 ( Declared Superseded by D.O. 29-16) SUBJECT : Institutionalization or Regularization of the Implementation of Department Order (DO) 23-2007 as Amended by DO 06-2008 on the Marking of Imported Kerosene and Diesel In the exigency of the service, Department Order No. 23-2008, * as amended by Department Order No. 06-2008, implementing the Fuel Marking Program on Imported Diesel entered conditionally free from payment of duties and taxes through the Subic Freeport Zone and the Clark Special Economic Zone and on imported kerosene whether duty and tax paid or not is hereby regularized. HCaEAT The Commissioner of Customs is hereby directed to issue the corresponding rules and regulations to effectively implement the regulation of the Program in the same ports.
