November 9, 2012 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 042-12 ( Declared Overtaken by Events by D.O. 29-16 ) In the exigencies of service, Assistant Secretary MARIA EDITA Z. TAN is hereby designated as Officer-in-Charge (OIC) of the International Finance Group (IFG) of the Department. As such, she is authorized to perform all acts and functions necessary and appurtenant to the position of Undersecretary for IFG. This Order shall take effect immediately, and shall continue in full force and effect, unless sooner withdrawn. (SGD.) CESAR V. PURISIMA Secretary
