October 5, 2010 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 042-10 ( Declared Overtaken by Events by D.O. 29-16) In line with the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) requirement to engage a recruitment firm/headhunter to assist the Department in the hiring of the key staff and personnel of MCA-Philippines following MCC Program Procurement Guidelines, Department Order No. 30-2010 is hereby amended to authorize the following members of the Technical Evaluation Panel (TEP) to collect honoraria pursuant to Section 49 of the General Provisions of the General Appropriations Act of 2010 based on the guidelines prescribed under Budget Circular No. 2007-2 dated 01 October 2007, chargeable against the available funds of the Department for MCC-related undertakings and subject to the usual accounting procedure and auditing rules and regulations: Name Agency 1. Dorado NEDA The TEP tasks started on 18 August 2010 and expected to end on 15 October 2010. This Order shall take effect immediately. Please be guided accordingly.
