March 28, 2000 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 042-00 ( Declared Overtaken by Events by D.O. 29-16 ) In the interest of the service and in addition to the authority granted to Undersecretary FLORENCIA G . TARRIELA under Department Order No. 30-2000 the same authority is also granted for her to sign requests for local travel which is official in nature of officials and employees of this Department, except Department Undersecretaries. Requests for travel authority of said officials shall be signed by the Secretary of Finance. In her absence, Undersecretary LILY K . GRUBA shall also be the alternate signing authority. This Order shall take effect immediately and all concerned shall be guided accordingly. (SGD.) JOSE T. PARDO Secretary
