April 10, 2015 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 041-15 ( Declared Overtaken by Events by D.O. 29-16) In the exigencies of the service and in relation to D.O. 072-2014 dated 01 October 2014, and D.O. 091-2014 dated 18 November 2014, creating specific Committees and Sub-Committees for the upcoming Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Meetings that will be hosted by the Philippines this year, the Department of Finance, as part of the Finance Ministers Process (FMP) of APEC, will be hosting a Technical Working Group Meeting entitled "Disaster Risk Finance APEC Roadmap for Resilient Economies" to be held in Bacolod City, Negros Occidental from 29 to 30 April 2015. The following DOF personnel are hereby authorized to coordinate and facilitate the above-mentioned meetings in Manila from 26 April to 02 May 2015, as the Secretariat: A. De Vera Any travel of the above-mentioned officials and personnel connected to the Department hosting in Bacolod City, shall be on official time and shall be eligible for hotel accommodations expenses, and meals from 26 April to 02 May 2015 subject to existing budgetary, accounting and auditing rules and regulations. The amount shall be chargeable against the APEC budget of the Department in the care of the APEC National Organizing Council (APEC-NOC). This order is in support of Department Order No. 034-2015 dated 18 March 2015. All orders, issuances and instructions contrary to or inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed, modified or revoked and all concerns shall be guided accordingly.
