November 7, 2012 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 041-12 In the exigencies of service, Undersecretary CARLO A. CARAG, is hereby authorized to oversee the operations of this Department's Revenue Integrity Protection Service (RIPS) and to perform all acts and functions necessary and appurtenant thereto, in accordance with the provisions of Executive Order No. 259. As supervising Undersecretary of RIPS, all office decisions (administrative, policy, etc.) should be cleared with him first. In addition to his existing duties and responsibilities as Undersecretary for Revenue Operations and Legal Affairs Group, Undersecretary Carag is likewise authorized to carry out the functions of the Executive Director for RIPS at any period of time that the Executive Director is on leave or is unable to perform his functions for any reason whatsoever or while no one is holding said position. This Order shall take effect immediately, and shall continue in full force and effect, unless sooner withdrawn. (SGD.) CESAR V. PURISIMA Secretary
