DOF Officials and Personnel Authorized to Conduct a Strategic Planning Committee Re: 45th ADB Annual Meeting

October 11, 2011 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 041-11 In the interest of the service and in connection with the forthcoming 45th ADB Annual Meeting hosted by the Republic through the Department of Finance (DOF) on 02 to 05 May 2012 at the PICC, Manila, Philippines, the following DOF Officials and personnel are hereby authorized and directed to conduct a Strategic Planning Conference to map out all deliverables as host country to the said event and provide the Executive Steering Committee with a detailed engagement plan for all sub-committee including a consolidated PPMP and Business Plan, Work and Financial Plan as required by DBM in congruence with the requirements of the ADB as stipulated in the Green Book from 16 to 18 October 2011 in Tagaytay: Overall Coordination and Planning Committee 1.
