ADVINCULA In the exigencies of the service and in view of the study mission of some of the regular members of the Personnel Selection Board of the Bureau of the Local Government Finance, an Ad Hoc Committee is hereby created as follows: HTcADC Undersecretary Roberto B. Fuerte HRMO V, Chief Personnel Division Department of Finance Member Atty. Flosie F. Fanlo ICO-Deputy Executive Director Bureau of Local Government Finance (BLGF) Member Ms. Armi M. Advincula ICO-Director II, Internal Adm. Office, BLGF Member The Committee shall review, process and evaluate the qualifications of the recommendees of the Provincial Governor, City Mayor and Municipal Mayor, as the case may be, to Treasurer positions, vis-a-vis, the qualification requirements prescribed under Sections 470/471 of the Local Government Code of 1991 (R.A. No. 7160) and existing Civil Service rules and regulations. Ms. Anabelle C. Garrido , Acting Administrative Officer V (HRMO III) of BLGF, shall act as the Secretariat of the Committee.
