DOF Department Order No. 040-15

March 27, 2015 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 040-15 ( Declared Overtaken by Events by D.O. 29-16) In the exigencies of the service and in relation to D.O. 072-2014 dated 01 October 2014, and D.O. 091-2014 dated 18 November 2014, creating specific Committees and Sub-committees for the upcoming Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Meetings that will be hosted by the Philippines this year, the Department under the Finance Ministers Process (FMP) will be hosting several meetings including but not limited to the APEC Finance Ministerial Meeting in September 2015. In line with said hosting, it has been agreed that the Department will create a website dedicated to the APEC-FMP for public information dissemination, transparency, promotion and access to relevant information with regards to finance. Now therefore, following personnel are hereby tasked to design, maintain and update said website from completion in April until the end of the hosting in November 2015. The following personnel are hereby authorized to constitute the newly created Sub-Committee on APEC-FMP Website as part of the DOF-APEC Secretariat: 1. Aldrin Varilla 2. Denny Jay Jizmundo 3. Benedict Ferrer 4. Febe Salonga SDIACc They are also tasked to coordinate and work closely with the different sub-committees under D.O. 072-2014 to populate the needed information for the Website subject to the final approval of the Overall Coordinating and Planning Committee. All orders, issuances and instructions contrary to or inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed, modified or revoked and all concerns shall be guided accordingly.
