October 31, 2012 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 040-12 ( Declared Overtaken by Events by D.O. 29-16 ) In the interest and exigency of the service and pending the appointment of a National Treasurer, I hereby designate ATTY. GISELA F. LOOD, Deputy Treasurer of the Philippines, as Officer-in-Charge (OIC) of the Bureau of the Treasury (BTr) effective 01 November 2012 until such time that the Treasurer of the Philippines has been appointed and has assumed office. As Officer-in-Charge, Deputy Treasurer Lood shall fully exercise functional control and supervision of the Bureau. All Office Orders/Memoranda/Circulars inconsistent herewith are hereby deemed revoked and/or modified accordingly. (SGD.) CESAR V. PURISIMA Secretary
