July 3, 2007 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 040-07 ( Declared Superseded by D.O. 29-16) SUBJECT : Implementation of the Corrected Zonal Value for Industrial Lots within the First Philippine Industrial Park (FPIP) Located in the City of Tanauan, Province of Batangas as Implemented Pursuant to Department Order No. 22-06 Effective September 16, 2006 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Others Concerned Pursuant to Department Order No. 22-06 dated March 30, 2006 implementing the 2nd revision of the zonal values of real properties within the jurisdiction of Revenue District Office No. 59, Revenue Region No. 9, Lipa City effective September 16, 2006, industrial lots within the portion of FPIP located in the three (3) barangays of Tanauan have been assigned a zonal value of more than ten (10) times higher than those within Barangay Sta. Anastacia, Sto. Tomas, Batangas. SDaHEc This Order is issued to correct the grossly disproportionate zonal value assigned to industrial lots within the portion of FPIP located in Barangays Pantay Bata, Pantay Matanda and Ulango all within the City of Tanauan, Province of Batangas.
