November 10, 2006 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 039-06 CREATION OF AN ASSET DISPOSITION PROGRAM FOR THE ILOILO AIRPORT AND APPOINTMENT OF A TASK FORCE TO HANDLE THE PRIVATIZATION/DISPOSITION OF THE ILOILO AIRPORT PROPERTY Pursuant to Executive Order No. 282 as amended by Executive Order No. 360 series of 2004, an Asset Disposition Program for the Iloilo Airport was created and a Task Force appointed to handle the privatization/disposition of the Iloilo Airport property. The Iloilo Airport Asset Disposition Task Force (ADP-TF) is chaired by the Department of Finance and is represented by the Undersecretary/Head of the Privatization Office. aScITE The ADP for the Iloilo Airport was allocated a P5.0 million special fund through DBM Special Allotment Release Order (SARO) No. C05-07617 to cover for the funding requirements relative to the disposition of the property. To undertake and complete the tasks required of the property disposition, MR. JOHN PHILLIP P. SEVILLA, Undersecretary for Privatization, is hereby designated as Special Disbursing Officer (SDO) of the special fund for the Iloilo Airport-ADP. As SDO, Undersecretary Sevilla shall handle the remaining balance of the special fund amounting to P4,582,471.76. He shall be responsible for the disbursement and proper liquidation of the remaining balance of the special fund following COA rules, regulations and guidelines on the utilization of funds.
