August 12, 2013 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 038-13 ( Declared Overtaken by Events by D.O. 29-16 ) In the exigency of the service and in view of the personal travel of the Undersecretary for the Privatization Group to Spain on August 15 to 27, 2013, Attorney Reyna Faith B. Depasucat is hereby designated to be the Officer-in-Charge (OIC) on August 15-16, 2013 while Ms. Airene M.
