November 17, 2006 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 038-06 SUBJECT : Suspension of Effectivity of Department Order Nos. 35-05 and 36-05 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Others Concerned In view of the numerous requests for the review of the zonal values prescribed in the province of Pampanga and to allow time to determine whether or not to conduct review, the effectivity of Department Order Nos. 35-05 and 36-05 is hereby suspended until further notice.
