December 17, 1999 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 037-99 ( Declared Overtaken by Events by D.O. 29-16) In the exigency of the service, ATTY. ROGELIO A. CASIGURAN, Director III, Revenue Office, is hereby designated to sign the documents/papers processed by the Mabuhay Lane in the absence of Atty. FIDEL G.
