August 23, 2011 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 036-11 In the interest of the service and in accordance with the letter dated 15 August 2011 of Chairman Francisco T. Duque III of Public Sector Labor-Management Council (PSLMC), Undersecretary GIL S. BELTRAN, Domestic Finance Group is hereby designated Focal Person/Official Representative of this Department to sign PSLMC Resolutions and other related matters.
