April 14, 2000 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 036-00 ( Declared Overtaken by Events by D.O. 29-16) In addition to those powers previously delegated under Department Order No. 21-2000 dated February 7, 2000 and Department Order No 31-2000 dated March 28, 2000, the authority to sign and approve the following BLGF matters are also delegated to Undersecretary Lily K.
