July 30, 2013 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 035-13 ( Declared Overtaken by Events by D.O. 29-16 ) In the exigencies of service and in view of the resignation of Executive Director Villamor Ventura S. Plan , Deputy Executive Director CARMELO T. CASIBANG, JR., as the next-in-rank, is hereby designated as Officer-in-Charge (OIC) of the One Stop Shop Tax Credit and Duty Drawback Center starting on July 31, 2013, the date of effectivity of Executive Director Plan's resignation, until such time that a new Executive Director has been appointed and has assumed office.
