September 13, 2010 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 035-10 ( Declared Superseded by D.O. 29-16) In the exigency of the service, the Board of Personnel Inquiry and Review (BOPIR) is hereby reconstituted as follows: Chairperson : Undersecretary Carlo A. Carag Revenue Operations & Legal Affairs Group Vice-Chair : Undersecretary Gil S. Beltran Domestic Finance Group & PDMSG Members : Asst. Secretary Ma. Teresa S. Habitan Fiscal Policy and Planning Office Asst. Secretary Peter Calimag Revenue Operations & Legal Affairs Group Director Lourdes Z. Santiago Central Administration Office The Board shall convene immediately and designate its Secretariat. This Order supersedes Department Order No. 16-08 and shall take effect immediately.
