September 13, 2010 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 034-10 ( Declared Superseded by D.O. 29-16) In the exigency of the service, the Committee on Rewards is hereby reconstituted as follows: Chairperson : Undersecretary Carlo A. Carag Revenue Operations & Legal Affairs Group Vice-Chair : Undersecretary Jeremias N. Paul, Jr. Corporate Affairs Group Members : Asst. Secretary Ma. Lourdes B. Recente Research & Information Office Director Ma. Lourdes V. Dedal Central Financial Management Office Director Lourdes Z. Santiago Central Administration Office The Committee shall convene immediately and designate its Secretariat. The Committee may likewise invite the attendance of such persons as it may deem necessary to properly discharge its functions. AaSTIH The Committee is hereby ordered to submit to the Secretary of Finance an inventory and status report of all pending rewards claims. Henceforth, all approvals must also be submitted for the information of the Secretary of Finance prior to release/issuance. The Order supersedes Department Order No. 15-08 and shall take effect immediately. All concerned are enjoined to be guided accordingly. (SGD.) CESAR V. PURISIMA Secretary
