September 16, 2004 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 034-04 ( Declared Overtaken by Events by D.O. 29-16) DESIGNATING NIEVES L. OSORIO, IN ADDITION TO HIS SUPERVISORY FUNCTION OVER THE CORPORATE AFFAIRS AND THE POLICY DEVELOPMENT AND MANAGEMENT SERVICES GROUP, AS THE SUPERVISING UNDERSECRETARY FOR THE BUREAU OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT FINANCE In the exigencies of public service, I hereby designate Undersecretary NIEVES L. OSORIO , in addition to his supervisory function over the Corporate Affairs Group and the Policy Development and Management Services Group, as the Supervising Undersecretary for the Bureau of Local Government Finance.
