April 19, 2000 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 034-00 ( Declared Superseded by D.O. 29-16) FURTHER AMENDING DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 38-95 DATED JULY 18, 1995, DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 67-98 DATED NOVEMBER 3, 1998 and DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 12-99 DATED FEBRUARY 19, 1999 In the exigency of the service, the Committee on Rewards is hereby reconstituted as follows: Chairman Undersecretary Cornelio C. Gison Members Assistant Secretary Gil S. Beltran Assistant Secretary Juan Jose Rodom T. Fetiza Assistant Secretary Jeremias N. Paul, Jr. Assistant Secretary Roberto B. Tan The Committee on Rewards shall be assisted by a Secretariat which the Chairman may select from among the Department of Finance personnel. The Committee may likewise invite the attendance in its deliberation of such persons as it may deem necessary to properly discharge its functions.
