July 16, 2013 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 033-13 DOF MANAGEMENT REPORTING In order to provide the Secretary of Finance a synopsis of support operations, the herein Management Reports, using the attached templates, are to be submitted by the Central Administration Office and Central Financial Management Office to the Undersecretary for the Policy Development and Management Services Group for endorsement to the Office of the Secretary on a monthly basis. aTcHIC The templates are designed to simplify, create consistency and speed up reporting of information to the OSEC. The management reports will be used to assist the OSEC in determining how DOF's financial, administrative and technical resources relate and provide decision support to the requirements of DOF's strategic directions. They will also be used as tools to identify areas for improvement and initiate actions. The monthly Management Reports should provide information on: Financial highlights Procurement COA audit observations Assets and records disposal Supplies consumption Personnel Movement Training New and more relevant management information will be requested as needed. The first report for the month of July 2013 shall be submitted on August 15, 2013. Succeeding monthly reports shall be submitted every 15th of the following month.
