July 18, 2011 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 033-11 ( Declared Overtaken by Events by D.O. 29-16) In furtherance to Department Order No. 31-2011 dated June 10, 2011 relative to the Reconstitution of the DOF Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), the following are hereby amended: DAHaTc I. Regular Members 1. Ma. Edita Z. Tan Director IV, IFG as Vice Chairperson Director Charissa Hipolito is hereby relieved of her function as BAC Member due to heavy workload. II. Technical Working Group Likewise, Grace B. Roxas is hereby relieved of her functions as member, BAC Technical Working Group, in view of her recent designation as Officer-In-Charge of the Accounting Division. III. Secretariat 1. Marlene Marquez, Chief Tax Specialist, OSS-Center as member vice Melita De Guzman 2. Elna V. Lorenzo, Administrative Officer II, General Services Division as member vice Edilberto Tagle, Jr. This Order shall take effect immediately. (SGD.) CESAR V. PURISIMA Secretary
