September 9, 2010 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 033-10 ( Declared Overtaken by Events by D.O. 29-16) In view of the foreign travel of Undersecretary Gil S. Beltran from 12 to 16 September 2010, Assistant Secretary Ma. Teresa Habitan is hereby designated as Officer-in-Charge of the Policy Development and Management Services Group and Assistant Secretary Ma.
