Creating Technical Working Groups for the Different Aspects for the Winding-Up of EIIB Operations and Activities

April 10, 2000 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO . 033-00 SUBJECT : Creating Technical Working Groups for the Different Aspects for the Winding-Up of EIIB Operations and Activities In the exigencies of the service and pursuant to the decision of the Task Force created under Executive Order No. 223 dated 29 March 2000 in its 1st meeting on 07 April 2000, the following Technical Working Groups are hereby created for the purpose and with the composition prescribed hereunder: 1. TWG for Transfer of Functions and Integration of Personnel a. Department of Finance Lead Agency b. Department of Justice Member c. Department of Budget and Management Member d. National Bureau of Investigation Member e. Bureau of Customs Member f. Bureau of Internal Revenue Member 2. TWG for Transfer of Assets and Liabilities a. Department of Finance Lead Agency b. Department of Budget and Management Member c. Department of Justice Member d. Bureau of Local Government Finance Member 3. TWG for Transfer of Cases and Seized Goods a. Department of Finance Lead Agency b. Department of Justice Member c. National Bureau of Investigation Member d. Bureau of Customs Member e. Bureau of Internal Revenue Member The TWGs shall submit their report and recommendations to this office for review and endorsement to Task Force E.O. 223. The three (3) TWGs shall be given administrative support by the Technical Sub-committee and the Secretariat created under Department Order No. 29-2000 dated 04 April 2000. The EIIB Winding-Up Committee under D.O. 29-2000 shall coordinate the activities of the TWGs and the support groups vis-a-vis Task Force E.O. 223. The TWGs shall invite representatives of the Civil Service Commission, the Commission on Audit and other government agencies, where appropriate, in their deliberations.
