November 24, 2008 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 032-08 ( Declared Overtaken by Events by D.O. 29-16) DESIGNATING ATTY. CORAZON M. REYES AND ATTY. HEIDI L. ANTONIO AS HEARING OFFICER AND PROSECUTOR, RESPECTIVELY, IN FORMAL INVESTIGATION OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CASE AGAINST MR. NEIL ANTHONY T. BERNADOS In the exigency of the service, and in compliance with the Civil Service Commission (CSC) Uniform Rules an Administrative Case in Civil Service as mandated under Book V of Executive Order No. 292, Atty. Corazon M. Reyes and Atty. Heidi L. Antonio, both of the Legal Affairs Office, are hereby designated as Hearing Officer and Prosecutor, respectively, in the formal investigation of the administrative case against Mr. Neil Anthony T. Bernados, Computer Operator II, One Stop Shop Tax Credit and Duty Drawback Center, Department of Finance. Under this Order, the Hearing Officer is authorized to administer oath and issue subpoena ad testificandum and subpoena duces tecum or both.
