Authorizing Undersecretary Lily K. Gruba to Sign and Approve Certain BLGF Matters

March 28, 2000 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 031-00 ( Declared Overtaken by Events by D.O. 29-16 ) In the exigencies of the service, the authority to sign and approve BLGF matters that are within the powers of the Secretary of Finance are hereby delegated to Undersecretary Lily K. Gruba, in addition to those previously delegated under Department Order No. 21-2000, dated February 7, 2000, as follows: 1. Confirmation of the designations made by the Regional Directors for Local Government Finance of OICs or ICOs of Provincial/City Treasury Offices, and extensions of such designations beyond a period of ninety (90) days as provided under Department Special Order No. 6-92 dated August 21, 1992. prcd 2. Designation of ICO Regional Director for Local Government Finance and directives to ranking personnel of Central and Regional Office to perform the duties and functions of Assistant Regional Director for Local Government Finance as provided under Department Special Order No. 6-92 dated August 21, 1992. 3. Appointments of BLGF Central and Regional Office personnel to positions of Division Chief and below, including the contractual employees. In the absence of Undersecretary Lily K. Gruba, Assistant Secretary Juan Jose Rodom T. Fetiza shall be the authorized official to sign and approve the foregoing.
