May 28, 2009 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 030-09 ( Superseded by D.O. 26-16) SUBJECT : Extension of the Pilot Implementation of Department Order (DO) 23-2007 as Amended by DO 06-2008 on the Marking of Imported Kerosene and Diesel In the exigency of the service, the effectivity of Department Order No. 23-2008, as amended by Department Order No. 06-2008, is further extended to December 31, 2009.
