October 29, 2003 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 030-03 ( Declared Overtaken by Events by D.O. 29-16 ) FURTHER AMENDING DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 38-95 DATED JULY 18, 1995, DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 67-98 DATED NOVEMBER 3, 1998, DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 12-99 DATED FEBRUARY 19, 1999, DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 37-2000 DATED JUNE 19, 2000 AND DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 8-01 DATED APRIL 16, 2001 In the exigency of the service, the Committee on Rewards is hereby reconstituted as follows: Chairman: Undersecretary GRACE PULIDO TAN Members: Assistant Secretary JEREMIAS N. PAUL, JR. Assistant Secretary ROBERTO B. TAN Director JAMES H. ROLDAN The Committee on Rewards shall be assisted by a Secretariat to be headed by Director Thelma A. Mariano. The Committee may likewise invite the attendance of such persons as it may deem necessary to properly discharge its functions.
