Authorizing Undersecretary Florencia Tarriela to Sign Certain Requests, Appointments and Orders

March 28, 2000 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 030-00 ( Declared Overtaken by Events by D.O. 29-16 ) In the interest of the service, Undersecretary FLORENCIA TARRIELA is hereby authorized to sign the following: requests for foreign travel (both official and personal) of officials and employees of this Department, including its Bureaus and Attached Agencies except Department Undersecretaries and Heads of Bureaus and Attached Agencies. Requests for travel authority of said officials and other personnel delegations headed by said officials to negotiate loan agreements shall be signed by the Secretary of Finance. Requests for travel authority of Bureau of Internal Revenue officials and employees below the rank of Deputy Commissioner shall be signed by the Commissioner of Internal Revenue in accordance with DPO No. 97-2000 dated March 11, 2000. cdlex appointments of personnel in the Department of Finance (Office of the Secretary) to all positions except those requiring Presidential appointments. Department Personnel Order designating Officer-in-Charge to discharge the duties and functions of the head of Division/Office within the Department of Finance (DOF) in the absence of its regular incumbent.
