August 24, 2010 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 029-10 ( Declared Overtaken by Events by D.O. 29-16) In accordance with Section 1 of Memorandum Circular No. 2 Series of 2010 issued on 29 July 2010, Consuelo D. Manansala, Executive Vice President Operations Sector of the Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) is hereby authorized to continue acting as the Officer-in-Charge (OIC) of the GSIS until the appointment of a President and General Manager. HEDSIc In order to ensure continuity of government operations, official processes and transactions as well as the delivery of services to the people, the herein designated OIC shall continue performing the duties and discharge the responsibilities of the President and General Manager, including but not limited to acting as Head of Procuring Entity (HOPE) under Republic Act 9184 and GSIS Board Resolution No. 76 dated 14 April 2004.
