June 3, 2013 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 028-13 ( Declared Overtaken by Events by D.O. 29-16 ) In the exigency of the service, Assistant Secretary MA. TERESA S. HABITAN is hereby designated to sign all Purchase Orders (POs) and Job Orders (JOs). HTaIAC All orders, circulars, memoranda, issuances contrary to or inconsistent herewith are hereby revoked and/or modified and all concerned shall be guided accordingly.
