August 23, 2010 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 028-10 ( Declared Overtaken by Events by D.O. 29-16 ) In the exigency of the service, Usec. GIL S. BELTRAN, Undersecretary for Domestic Finance Group, is hereby authorized to sign/approve all papers and action documents from the Revenue Office which are for the signature of the undersigned pursuant to Department Personnel Order (DPO) No. 22-2010 dated 23 July 2010, until the Undersecretary for Revenue Operations Group shall have been duly appointed and assumed his post. SaTAED Let a copy of this Order be furnished to the Bureau of Customs (BOC) for their observance and guidance. This Order shall take effect immediately. (SGD.) CESAR V. PURISIMA Secretary
