July 9, 2007 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 028-07 AUTHORIZING ALL REGIONAL DIRECTORS OF THE BUREAU OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT FINANCE (BLGF) TO REPRESENT THE DOF/BLGF IN THE REGIONAL INTER-AGENCY BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE (R-IABAC) In the exigency of the service and in line with the creation of the Regional Inter-Agency Bids and Awards Committee (R-IABAC) of the Procurement Service to regionalize the procurement of commonly used goods for the government, all Regional Directors of the Bureau of Local Government Finance (BLGF), are hereby authorized to represent the DOF/BLGF in the said R-IABAC. The BLGF Regional Director may, however designate an alternate representative to the Committee to sustain and ensure the DOF/BLGF's membership in the Committee. For compliance. (SGD.) MARGARITO B.
