November 14, 2005 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 028-05 ( Declared Overtaken by Events by D.O. 29-16) TRANSFERRING OF INVESTIGATION ON MR. JOSELITO F. FERNANDEZ TO THE BOARD OF PERSONNEL INQUIRY AND REVIEW (BOPIR) In the interest of public service and in order to prevent the duplication of functions, the investigation on MR. JOSELITO F. FERNANDEZ , Intelligence Officer, Central Management Information Office, Department of Finance and detailed to the Revenue Integrity Protection Service, in connection with the alleged incident last 26 August 2005 leading to the filing of criminal charges of robbery and extortion against him before the Regional Trial Court of Lipa City, is hereby transferred to the Board of Personnel Inquiry and Review (BOPIR). DHITCc The BOPIR shall complete its investigation within thirty (30) days from the date of this Department Order and shall provide this Office with the results of its investigation as well as a recommendation of any disciplinary action to be taken against Mr. Fernandez, if warranted. The Special Committee created under Department Order No. 22-05 is hereby dissolved. The BOPIR is a five-member committee and is currently composed of one (1) Chairperson and three (3) members. In order to fill-in this vacancy, Assistant Secretary Carlito P. Yu is hereby designated to the BOPIR and appointed Chairperson thereof replacing Director Thelma A. Mariano who is hereby restored to her previous position as BOPIR Member. Consequently, the BOPIR is hereby reconstituted and shall be composed of the following: Asst. Secretary Carlito P. Yu Chairperson Director Thelma A. Mariano Member Director Lourdes Z. Santiago Member Director Ma. Lourdes V. Dedal Member Director Ma. Teresa S.
