August 13, 2007 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 027-07 ( Declared Overtaken by Events by D.O. 29-16) DELEGATION OF DISCRETIONARY POWER TO APPOINT In the interest of the revenue service and pursuant to Section 2 of Executive Order 175 dated 03 November 1999, LILIAN B. HEFTI , OIC-Commissioner of Internal Revenue is hereby delegated the discretionary power to appoint personnel and the prerogative to perform other personnel action in accordance with the provisions of the aforesaid Executive Order.
