January 10, 2000 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 027-00 ( Declared Overtaken by Events by D.O. 29-16 ) In the interest of the service, ASSISTANT SECRETARIES JUAN JOSE RODOM T. FETIZA and JEREMIAS N. PAUL, JR. are hereby authorized to sign jointly the following: 1. Contract and agreements for the procurement of infrastructure, goods and services entered into by the Department of Finance except for negotiated infrastructure contracts which shall be signed by the Secretary and two other Undersecretaries pursuant to E.O. 301 dated July 26, 1987, as amended by E.O. 380 dated November 27, 1989; 2. Request for permission to engage directly or indirectly in any private business or profession pursuant to Section 18 of CSC Memorandum Circular No. 15 s. 1999. In the absence of Assistant Secretary Paul, Assistant Secretary Gil S. Beltran shall sign jointly with Assistant Secretary Fetiza. All other administrative issuances contrary to or inconsistent herewith are hereby modified or revoked and all concerned shall be guided accordingly. This Order shall take effect immediately. (SGD.)
