August 13, 2010 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 026-10 ( Declared Overtaken by Events by D.O. 29-16) In accordance with Section 1 of Memorandum Circular No. 2 Series of 2010 issued on 29 July 2010, I am designating National Treasurer Roberto B. Tan as Officer-in-Charge of the Insurance Commission, to perform the duties and discharge the responsibilities of the position until a replacement has been appointed. IcCATD This order is being issued in the exigency of the service and to ensure continuity of operations in the Commission. This Order shall take effect immediately. (SGD.)
