July 30, 2004 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 026-04 CREATION OF THE TECHNICAL WORKING GROUP FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF CONSULTING SERVICE FOR MECHANICAL DESIGN WORKS In the exigency of the service and pursuant to Sections 4 and 12 of Republic Act No. 9184, otherwise known as the "Government Procurement Reform Act" and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, the Technical Working Group for the procurement of consulting service for Mechanical Design Works is hereby created as follows: Ms. Eutiquia Mutiangpili Budget Officer V - Chairman Mr. Carlo Baloloy Sr. Tax Specialist - Member Mr. Edilberto Tagle, Jr. Budget Officer II - Member Ms. Myrna Valcarcel Sr. Tax Specialist - Member DOE/TRANSCO Representative - Member The Technical Working Group shall assist the DOF-Bids and Awards Committee (DOF-BAC) in the review, evaluation and selection of a consulting firm for mechanical design. They shall likewise endorse for the DOF-BAC's consideration and approval of the results of the selection process. This Order takes effect immediately and all concerned shall be guided accordingly.
