April 29, 2016 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 025-16 SUBJECT : Designation of Officer-in-Charge of the Philippine Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (PH-EITI) In the exigencies of service, Undersecretary GIL S. BELTRAN is hereby designated as the DOF Officer-in-Charge of the Philippine Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (PH-EITI) to function as Focal Person and Chairperson of the Multi-Stakeholder Group (MSG). Undersecretary Beltran shall maintain performance of other responsibilities as indicated in Department Order Nos. 14-2016 dated 15 March 2016 and 23-2016 dated 29 April 2016.
