Designation of Leandro M. Tan as Point of Contact to Monitor and Report the Progress of the Country's Scorecard

May 4, 2009 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 025-09 ( Declared Overtaken by Events by D.O. 29-16) In the exigency of the service and in line with the country's efforts to qualify and obtain large-scale grant funding from the United States Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) under its Compact Program, Mr. Leandro M. Tan is hereby designated as the Point of Contact who will be tasked to monitor and report the progress of the country's scorecard in the indicators used by the MCC and the performance indicators relative to the MCA Philippine Threshold Program (PTP); monitor, sustain and continue the achievements/activities under the MCA PTP; and assist in the development of the Department's Compact Program Proposal.
