Designating Adolfo C. Calip as Caretaker of the Finance Cottage, Located at Lower Engineer's Hill in Baguio City and Authorized to Travel to Manila Once Every Three (3) Months and Entitled to the Reimbursement of His Transportation Expenses

CALIP AS CARETAKER OF THE FINANCE COTTAGE, LOCATED AT LOWER ENGINEER'S HILL IN BAGUIO CITY AND AUTHORIZED TO TRAVEL TO MANILA ONCE EVERY THREE (3) MONTHS AND ENTITLED TO THE REIMBURSEMENT OF HIS TRANSPORTATION EXPENSES In the exigency of the service, MR. ADOLFO C. CALIP , Administrative Aide V is hereby designated as Caretaker of the Department of Finance Cottage located at Lower Engineer's Hill in Baguio City. He is hereby authorized to travel to Manila once every three (3) months or whenever the exigency of the service requires. He shall be entitled to the reimbursement of his transportation expenses, per diems and other allowable expenses during his trips. He shall submit a written report to Ms. LILIA R. TAN, Chief Administrative Officer, General Services Division, Central Administration Office on the upkeep of the DOF Cottage. Ms. Tan shall supervise the designated Caretaker in the maintenance and preservation of the said property and other related services. In support thereto, Mr. Calip shall handle a revolving fund in the amount of P15,000.00 for payment of utilities and other normal, recurring and necessary maintenance expenses. He shall likewise be required to liquidate immediately after the purpose for which the same was given in accordance with accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
