January 23, 2000 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 025-00 ( Declared Overtaken by Events by D.O. 29-16 ) In the interest of the service, Undersecretary JOEL A. BAARES is hereby authorized to sign appointments of officials in the Bureau of Treasury to the positions of Director II and above except for the Treasurer of the Philippines and the Deputy Treasurers of the Philippines who are to be appointed by the President. In his absence, Undersecretary LILY K. GRUBA shall be the alternate signing authority. LexLib This Order shall take effect immediately and all concerned shall be guided accordingly. (SGD.) JOSE T.
