May 31, 2013 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 024-13 ( Declared Overtaken by Events by D.O. 29-16 ) In line with the requirements of Presidential Memorandum Order No. 79, series of 2002, prescribing the composition of the Bids and Awards Committee for the Development of Philippine Properties in Japan (BAC-Japan), the undersigned designates Undersecretary CARLO A. CARAG of the Revenue Operations and Legal Affairs Group as the Chairman of the BAC-Japan. SEHaTC Previous decisions, resolutions and acts of Undersecretary Carag in his role as BAC-Japan Chairman are hereby approved, ratified, and confirmed by the undersigned. All orders, rules, regulations and issuances which are inconsistent with this Department Order are hereby repealed. This Department Order shall take effect immediately. Please be guided accordingly.
